Fine => "F" Frame of Design touches edge of Perfs
Very Fine => "VF" Design off Center but Frame does not touch Perfs
Extremely Fine => "XF" Well Centered Design/Frame


Using the "Centering Guidelines" above, pick the stamp desired by stating row and position of stamp from left margin in "Description Section" of the Order Form (Example: Row 2, Third Stamp from Left)
